I have a diploma in low carb nutrition from Dlife.in, a certification in advanced ketogenic nutrition from the American Nutrition Association, and 7 certifications from the Nutrition Network (Noakes Foundation) in South Africa. I am also a certified sports nutritionist from K11 Academy of Fitness Sciences India and the first person from India to be accredited as a metabolic health practitioner by the Society of Metabolic Health Practitioners (SMHP).

Low Carb Diet
A low-carb diet is a dietary approach that limits the intake of carbohydrates, such as sugars and starches, and emphasizes the consumption of protein, healthy fats, and non-starchy vegetables.
Here are some potential advantages of following a low-carb diet :-

Prior to the discovery of Insulin and oral tablets, Low carb diet was recommended.
